Are you tired of giving so much to others that you may neglect yourself? Is there one clear thing “out of tune” in your life? When one (or several) of our life’s areas is a bit off balance, it easily affects everything else. Ideally, your life areas are in harmonious balance. Reality often appears differently, though, so my interest lies in helping you create and re-create balance, as it is a continuous process.

Life Balance Coaching helps you observe your unique situation, define what works versus what could improve, and how to create the desired change in one specific area.

 

Welcome! I Am A Certified Life Coach…

…who can help you start rewriting your story in only a month. My name is Nina Martin and I live in Helsinki, Finland, but thanks to coaching online, you can be anywhere in the world.

Currently, I am a Master Certified Life Coach (MCLC) after training at Certified Life Coach Institute. I am working towards the Associate Certified Coach (ACC) credential issued by the International Coaching Federation after several requirements have been fulfilled. Coaching ethically is important to me, which includes continuous honing of skills through further self-studies and achieving specialised certifications.

Earlier, I have earned a MSc from University of Helsinki, and studied medicine (all theoretical courses) until I had to stop for personal reasons. Entrepreneurship with all its ups and downs has been a part of my life since 2011.

 

When Could Life Balance Coaching Be Relevant?

 

Coaching on life balance is one of the more challenging themes within life coaching. The concept of life balance is an umbrella term in that this form of coaching tackles the whole rather than bits and pieces.

Our first reaction may be “But of course I know what my life is about!”, whereas digging deeper could reveal how we live in too big a house after the kids left the nest, our career takes up too much time, or we spend all evening in front of the tv, with our beloved puzzles, paintings and crafts having seen the light a decade ago.

We often become comfortable with the status quo, even when it brings us discomfort. Daily life, with all its small and big tasks, unfolds so dependably that it requires active effort to pause and think with awareness. We must understand our own limits and boundaries, in order to reinforce them successfully in our relationship with ourselves—and others.

 

Why Life Balance Coaching?

Life Balance Coaching is for you, for example if you:

  • Are at a crossroads in life, uncertain about what to do next.
  • Feel a generic “Blah, I don’t know what must change…”
  • Are okay with the different areas of your life, but think one gets too much attention at the cost of some other ones, and you want to make priority adjustments for increased balance.

Maybe you want to think out loud in the company of a person, who is no part of your inner circle? And who could ask questions you might not think of yourself, to help you get unstuck, or simply consider other perspectives?

In This Coaching Programme You Will:

Gain Increased Self-Awareness

The purpose of life balance coaching is to identify the different areas of life that are (or could be!) applicable in your everyday. Once these are clear, it is easier to consider what balance means, and how it can be created or restored.

Which area(s) are filling too much, or not enough, the way you would prefer?

Define Life Balance Your Way

Life balance is a subjective concept. What you perceive to be circumstances in balance with each other may not be how I would describe things. And vice versa.

Next, we will strive to establish your own understanding of it. I will fully support you in this when we move on from theory to practice.

Create Balance Through Change

We return to the original reason why you wanted to hire a life coach and consider whether the desired change is still relevant. Or perhaps you have had insights during the first phases of the program that have led to a change in your course and thus change elsewhere in your life?

The purpose of life coaching is to achieve goals that feel meaningful in your unique circumstances. Therefore, I will help you begin to implement this during the remaining time.

 

How does it sound to thrive whilst living a life of authenticity? My 1-month Life Balance Coaching programme can be the reset you need to make decisions and take action more intentionally.

 

Included In My Life Balance Coaching Programme:

 

An initial 90-minute session where we take stock of your current situation, what you are hoping to achieve and what road blocks you may face. It is a moment for you to focus on you alone.

Four 60-minute sessions, once weekly, in which we discuss your progress, help you get back on track if something came up, and check in with you whether the goal is still the same. Priorities can change!

A small but feisty bundle of custom worksheets, tailored to life balance coaching that you can work on in between sessions.

 

 

The price for this 1-month coaching intensive on life balance is 1000 EUR (incl. 25,5 % VAT, adjusted for EU residents), and it is paid in full in my webshop after a Discovery Call.

  • Need a teacher to teach you a skill
  • Want advice and opinions from a consultant or mentor
  • When your heart and soul need healing, supported by a therapist
  • Prefer someone to tell you what to do
  • Want the same pre-defined outcome as other customers get
  • Move this type of projects forward successfully on your own

 

Are There Guarantees?

Life coaching, when offered according to ethical standards as outlined by the International Coaching Federation, follows a specific process, which not only is repeatable, but also contains an actionable element. The coaching process by design isn’t random talk, but rather is intended to reach realistic outcomes, planned and worked on by the client. The coach facilitates this process, which is where all guarantees are made, too.
