I mentor in entrepreneurship when you want to think out loud together with, and request opinions from someone, who has worked a long time on concepts such as “What do I want to be known for in my working life?” and “Why does entrepreneurship feel right?”. Or “Where do I want to go from here, because I feel seriously stuck?” and “Do I even have what is required to succeed as an entrepreneur?”

There is so much more to doing business than what the endless stream of social-media content on “must-do” social-media marketing tactics may insinuate. If you are wondering whether mentoring for entrepreneurs is for you, you are welcome to buy just one Mentoring Intensive, and later come back for a 5-session package. Likewise, you can opt to invest in more than one Mentoring Deep Dive, either directly after one another, or perhaps after a gap of six months or a year. There is no rush, reflections may require time to lead to maximum impact, and our minds need to keep up in a healthy manner as well. Together we are building for long-term stability.

My mentoring is not for entrepreneurs who are too busy to take some time to reflect, sit with uncomfortable truths, or troubleshoot what doesn’t work. If you desire quick fixes or want someone else to make the decisions, this isn’t the place either, because we dig deeper here to find sustainable solutions. I can’t offer a framework or “five-step proven process” because your situation is unique.
My Background
Hi, I’m Nina Martin! While my starting point in life was to pursue a career in academia among others, many things have happened along the way. Despite my MSc degree, today I don’t see myself working as anything but a parallel entrepreneur, a person who owns more than one firm simultaneously. I have many interests to put out into the world, and work on expanding the number of income sources to reduce risk.
For you to tap into, I bring to the table professional experience from both the B2B and B2C world since 2011, and as a private person also from C2C, with their wide ranges of interactions spanning anything from weird to vexing to utterly charming. This covers selling handmade goods made by myself, physical goods made by others, digital goods by myself, and various services.

1. What Is Mentoring?
As a certified life coach, who takes her ethics training seriously, I want to stress this: coaching, consulting, mentoring and teaching are four different conversation types, and I don’t mix them up. This page is for presenting my mentoring service only. Mentor defined: “a person who gives help and advice to a less experienced and often younger person especially in a professional or academic context”.
2. What Stage Do I Need To Be At?
I have been in business as a micro entrepreneur (owning two micro enterprises) since 2011, so you are most likely similar with regard to business size. Perhaps you started recently or a few years ago, and think something needs to change for you to take your firm to a new level.
3. Will You Do The Work For Me?
Seeking out a mentor is about sparring, getting experience-based comments, eventually deciding for yourself, and implementing at your own pace the way you see fit. In other words, you are still accountable to yourself.
4. Are Sessions Recorded?
No, sessions are not recorded. There is value in being fully present in the moment, and I will send you a session summary within a week after a session. You are also welcome to take notes during our meeting.
5. Do I Need Special Tools?
We will meet via the MeetErgo built-in conference tool. You need a stable internet connection and a web browser on a screen large enough for you to comfortably sit at for 60 or 90 minutes. I was doing practice coaching during my certificate training and the connection dropped, because I forgot to keep my phone charging, so that is a nifty accessory to recall, too.
